Questions are at the core of how we listen, behave, think, and relate–as individuals and organizations. Virtually everything we think and do is generated by questions. Questions push us into new territories. The future begins with our thinking, represented by the questions we ask ourselves.
Our conversation will center on how to choose the questions that lead to success, both personally and professionally. We will learn about Question Thinking, Learner/Judger mindsets, and the Choice Map. Marilee will offer a demonstration of these and we will discuss this approach in small groups.
Marilee Adams is founder and CEO of the Inquiry Institute and the originator of the Question Thinking methodologies.
She is an adjunct professor of leadership at American University’s School of Public Affairs, teaches at Weatherhead Executive Education, and presents Question Thinking in a wide variety of organizational, educational, healthcare and public settings.
