  • We focus exclusively on nonfiction. Most writing and book marketing workshops tailor to both fiction and nonfiction authors. We focus specifically on how to market nonfiction books with a message: books on business innovation, personal development, social change, and organizational improvement.
  • We focus on published or signed authors. Many workshops focus heavily on the process of getting published (query letters, pitches, etc.) and not on what you need to do after you’re published to sell more books, grow awareness, and make the lasting impact you want your message to make.
  • We’re online but still interactive. Forget the hassle of travel, hotel lodging, parking, and meals. But also forget staring at a pre-recorded video series. Our workshop is packed with time to discuss ideas in small groups, brainstorm, and receive feedback, so that by the time the workshop is over, you have an actionable plan for how to cut through the noise to sell your book, to your target audience, in your way.
  • We offer a network of support. BK Authors is a close-knit group with activities year-round. At our workshop, you can develop friendships with other authors who can help hold you accountable and actively support your book marketing efforts.
